Nice. I have the same one but a good bit older. When I first got it it was used and I assumed some dumbass had spray painted the handle black. But then I looked it up and saw it came that way. It's in my knife box next to the USMC marked Ka Bar.

I gave my Kabar away to my brother and got the Ontario a few months ago, I like it but my wife bought me a Case XX USMC fighting knife so I use it now

Yep. I have the newer kabar in black, half serrated blade. Excellent knives but Ontario makes very very good blades.
