Of course not. You can pick this lower at Palmetto State Armory for 115 bucks. 6 buck more than the multi cal lower. The M4 lower comes in and out of stock often. Just have to wait a couple of days and they will be in stock for a day or two.

Of course NOT. I have a couple of these. Picked up at palmetto state armory for 115 bucks. Just a few bucks more than the regular low from PSA.
