Item Description: I purchased this upper brand new and decided to go in another direction. ZERO rounds fired. PSA 16" Mid-length, Light profile, Chrome Lined MP Premium Upper with UTG quad rail & covers. Last chance to buy at $475.00. Don't make me take this to an Eastman show!

From the PSA website:
Barrel: 16" Mil-spec barrel steel, mid-length gas, lighter profile barrel, chambered in 5.56 NATO, with a 1/7 twist, chrome lined bore and M4 barrel extension made for us right here in Columbia SC by FN Manufacturing.
Bolt is made of Mil-spec shot-peened Carpenter 158 steel. Gas key is secured with grade 8 fasteners and staked per mil-spec. Bolt carrier is parkerized outside, chrome lined inside, and laser engraved with the Palmetto State Armory logo.
