Item Description: This is a very lightweight setup perfect for all your plinking or varmint needs. BRN22 railed receiver (transferred as an other so you can rebuild as a charger if you want), Ruger OEM internals and trigger group, Tactical Solutions fluted barrel (non-threaded), Butler Creek Realtree camo stock, and old 4x power scope. Comes with the original 10 round mag and a box of CCI Velocitors to lay waste to the critters that haunt your dreams. Asking 500. Charger receiver not included. Will sell separately with cut down barrel for 300.

I may be wrong... but if the receiver is sold as a "firearm" and assembled as a rifle- it is always a rifle in the eyes of BATFE. Had it not been assembled - it could be built as a pistol..but not after.
