Item Description: My only reason for selling this is because I just got another one in it's place. This is a very clean tack driver. If you want a perfect rifle this is not it. If you want one to use, this is it. It has been my go to rifle for hogs, coyotes, varmints, or what ever for a few years. It has spent all of its time with me in my truck but in a soft case. I've killed a truck load of hogs with it and I have only used Hornady 45-grain ammo in it. Like I said it is clean but it does have handling marks on the stock but no gouges in the wood, no scratches through the finish, and no cracks. The handling marks won't show up in the pictures. The bluing has no rust or pitting but does have some light wear at the muzzle end. After I purchased this rifle from another ODT member years ago, I bought new Ruger rings to install a Leupold VXlll 1.75-6x33 scope. The rear sight was damaged, so I ordered a new one and installed it. The lower tip of the butt pad was trimmed a little by a previous owner...shown in a picture...I was going to order a new one but just never did. My cash price is firm so don't low-ball me with any offers. If I sell it, I sell it...if I don't, I don't...I'll just simply put up in the safe. Again, this is a dang good shooting rifle.
