Item Description: Smith & Wesson M&P Sport II AR-15 with Nikon 4-12x40 scope, mounted with Burris AR mount with top rail that the Crimson Trace Red/Green Dot is mounted on. The rifle comes with (3) 30 round mags and (1) rifle case that I keep it in. I have original boxes for the rifle and the Nikon scope. I will meet at Jack's Pawn and Gun in Dalton, GA for a legal transfer (I'll cover the transfer fee).

Couple of questions... you have indicated that no bill of sale is required but you will cover the transfer fee? Will there be a fee if no BOS is required? Also, does the ammo shown in the pics come with the sale price? Any idea how many rounds have been fired through it?

I mean that I want a legal transfer and not just a private party bill of sale. Jack's Pawn and Gun in Dalton, GA will handle the transfer for a fee that I will cover.

As far as the ammo, I forgot to include that in the post. The ammo (400 rounds of .223 and 40 rounds of 5.56) is available for sale. It is not included in the sale price. I will sell the ammo if anyone wants it for whatever the current price is for that round. I'll post a separate message in a few minutes with the ammo descriptions and prices.

I'm the original owner of the gun (purchased on 4/17/2020) and I've put about 200 rounds through it.

So if you were to buy all the ammo, you'd get 440 rounds for an additional $220.
