Item Description: This is a SA Dagger from a veterans estate. It is marked Sa for Sachsen. The blade has staining throughout from use/rust. The oval leather strap is for attachment to the belt hanger. The other could also be a dagger hanger that was used under the Dress "Blouse" (Jacket) that held the dagger thru a slit in the jacket when a belt wasn't worn. Both have been with the dagger for a long time. The dagger has been taken apart because the Sa should be on the backside of the handle logo's. An easy fix but not one I am comfortable doing. The Gau district markings on the crossguard indicate a first pattern dagger, 1933-35. Overall a nice representative example of a used dagger.
