Item Description: This is a vintage .45 ACP caliber magazine for a Thompson .45 ACP semi-auto rifle. It belonged to my late dad, who owned a Thompson .45 semi-auto for a while. I found this recently while going through a box of items given to me from my late dad's estate. I have no use for it, and thought someone else on ODT might. I think it is a 30 round mag, but not sure. It is 8 and 5/8ths inches long, double stack.
I looked online and seen these magazines new for around $50 plus... I have no idea what this one might be worth and am open to offers. On one side of it is stamped "The Seymour Products Co. Seymour Conn." It has a large "V" stamped near the top of the magazine. ( see photos)
It is nicely blued and appears to be in very good condition with the exception of a couple of small surface rust spots.
