Item Description: For sale is a Gewehr 91 Carbine made by Erfurt in 1897. The carbine is a shortened variant used by artillery and other technical troops of the Gewehr 1888 Commission rifle. The receiver is in the white but has light patina. The barrel shroud has an aged bluing with light wear. There is a dent behind the rear barrel band on the left side. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The nose cap is unit marked. The bolt is mismatched from the rest of the carbine. It has been converted to use 8mm mauser and has the stamps showing so. It still uses the old clips though instead of the stripper clips. Only selling this to get another luger, so the only trade I would look at right now is a Luger. Ty for looking.
