Item Description: This is a less than month old Geissele Super Duty in 14.5” with a new Trijicon Vcog 1-8 power SCO. With receipts. Purchased new by me.
The Geissele of course is the new version with the nano coated trigger, bolt, etc.
The Vcog is not a normal Vcog 1-8 but rather it is the new Marine Corp issue SCO version which has markings as such, Larue 799 CAN QD base, tennebrex covers, and slightly different hastags. Scope comes with a cover and hd kit bag. In Mrad. This is not the same as the Vcog 1-8 mrad reticle. It has labeled windage from zero horizontally and then windage holds running out from each of your elevation holds like on many other brand great reticles. Mrad tree reticle. Great improvement over the standard vcog reticles thus far.
I ran about 50 rds to get a rough 50 yard zero.
This rifle is extremely accurate. Soft recoil feels like a Kac to me on recoil.
Ill throw in the remote Olight Odin with pressure pad in pic. Its new also.
I might also mention this. I choose vcogs often. Everyone perceives it as a heavy optic. Do the math and compare it to other 1-8 or 1-10 optics with their mount weights included and I think you will find them similar some worse. I choose the vcogs in a use rifle because they are durable nearly indestructible with built in base no rings. And great glass. You dont have to constantly wonder if your scope has moved after serious use. I dont know of another Lpvo where that is the case. Convince me that Im wrong.
Im not interested in trades and I will not separate rifle from optic. I need the money is only reason for selling and Im firm on price. Its a decent loss at my price. Please dont waste your time or mine with “whats your lowest”. Its $4000.00
I can meet anywhere from Marietta to Ellijay.
