It comes with the holster I bought for it as well as 4 magazines, box, and all mounting plates for the MOS system. It's in like-new condition. I've probably shot it 2 or 3 times maximum in the last year. Decided i'm more of a 45 ACP guy and bought something else. Must have a GA CCW and be legally eligible to own a handgun in GA.
