With the NAA mini revolvers, if you start out with a L.R. you can't get a magnum cylinder for it. However, if your gun is a magnum, you can get it fitted with a L.R. cylinder. The Hetitage Arms revolvers are obviously a different animal, so I don't know what the options are there.
