Item Description: Used Heritage Rough Rider. The oem’s plastic ejection rod’s knob broke off. I retrofitted a Ruger Single Six all metal rod to work in the Herritage. The rod works great and really sends the brass flying. There is some side to side play with the new knob due to it being thinner then the oem knob. I did a slight crimp to the ejection slide to reduce this slop to some extent. It’s not perfect but it does work. I also see this as an upgrade from the oem plastic ejector knob. The oem spring and ejection rod slide have been repainted in semi gloss black Brownells Alumahyde. There are some hairline scratches on the bluing of the barrel. These are very faint. I also replaced the grip handles bottom screws due to their heads being stripped out. Comes with one spare grip screw. It also comes with an additional Ruger Single Six ejection rod in the event you ever somehow break the one installed. If you did want to replace my retrofitted all metal ejection rod Heritage sells the entire assembly for $10. Meet up off Wade Green Rd at the Publix in Kennesaw or halfway for the right trade. See below product link.
