Item Description: The Graham Hunting Club of Long County has just moved into a larger area and is looking for 10 members. At this point the property has three blinds (will need a little work) a couples lean 2 stand, a single lean 2 stand, and 1 feeder. As we gain the members needed to support the costs, food plots and camping areas will be increased. The land is 818 acres and we will not have over 15 hunting members total. We are a laid back family friendly club that will be camping and hunting on the land. The contract runs from June 1 2015- May 2016. I live in Lyons and would love to join. I recently moved to GA and bought a small property where I can do a little hunting but looking for a club that is very close nit. My dad was a member of a club somewhere near savannah when I was a kid and I remember growing up calling half of the guys there uncle. Lol. I also have 2 boys and a little girl and my wife that I would want to be allowed to bring hunting with me occasionally. Also I do not drink more than the occasional beer. Have no problem with drinking but the last club I joined used the club house as a party spot. To bring the girls they were cheating on their wives with and stuff. Now a cook out with family and stuff is a good thing. My number is 803-507-4759. I am definitely interested as long as it's not to far of a drive. Please let me know what town it is inside I can look up the distance. I have a couple of stands I could contribute and a whole lot of wood/ lumber for any talented members that knows how to build stands.

Good Morning,
To answer some of your questions, we are close knit as in most of us are either family or have been friends for a while. However, we are a small group (8 at the moment) and we keep the hunting property as natural as possible. (ie. no club house) Family is always welcome as long as they are under 18 and dependents of yours. However, this rule is a bit lenient depending on how often a nephew or somebody is out there. For instance, if a youngster comes in town for the holidays and you want to take them out once just let the president or vice president know. The club has a hard rule on drinking and that is no drinking while the guns are in use, afterwards is fine. The location of the property is on the county line of Long county and Macintosh county right by Townsend GA. According to Google Maps it is about an hour away from Lyons.
