A buddy and I drove across country in one of these about 30 years ago...a '65 Scout. Gave us nothing but headaches along the way, but we sure looked cool. I think we paid $500 for it back then, not sure what ever happened to that old truck, but the memories of our trip in that rickety old beast still live on. GLWS

That sounds like so much fun. I Did. A 4K mile camping / road trip with my wife over 3 weeks. Cost a fortune in gas but we had a lot of fun.
