Item Name: FS Karabiner K98 setup (ammo, stripper clips, ammo cans, brass optional!)
Location: Marietta and Sandy Springs
Zip Code: 30067
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: $480
Caliber: 8mm Mauser
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: Hey gang,
After some careful thought, and after falling in love with my new K31, I have decided to sell my K98. It’s no safe queen and its stock certainly has character, but I rarely shoot it anymore, so I figured I’ll put this money towards something else.
NOTE: please add $120 to the selling price if you want...
The main unit area is stamped 1943 and the swastikas have been stamped out it appears (the eagle still remains), so I’m assuming that makes this a Soviet capture.
All that said, this thing shoots better than I do. I’m not saying it’s match grade, because I consider myself a novice rifleman still, but the trigger action is great, the bolt action and functions are solid as can be, and I have yet to find anything wrong with this gun.
I originally bought this from the Sandy Springs Gun Club, but beyond that I don’t know the history of the gun’s usage or anything.
I live in Marietta, but work in Sandy Springs.
I will be gone to South Bend for the UGA / Notre Dame this Thursday and returning Sunday evening, so I hope to get this sold by Wednesday.
Open to reasonable offers. No trades, please!

- 180 rounds of PRVI ammo (80 FMJ / 198 grain, 100 soft point / 196 grain)
- Spent, but clean, brass (a good amount, maybe 300+, and all PRVI, so they’re reloadable to my knowledge)
- labeled MTM cases
- Tons of brass stripper clips (I received all these stripper clips for free from great members here, so I am not factoring those into any pricing)
