M1 Garand – H&R (Harrington & Richardson)

Receiver has SN: 5737406 with a HRA (Harrington & Richardson Arms) 2-55 barrel.

The receiver serial number falls in the 1954 – 1956 assigned numbers of 5488247 to 5793847 so it is probable the HRA 2-55 is the original barrel.

This is a DCM rifle so the bore, muzzle and throat are well within US Army standards and easily passes the muzzle “bullet” test as demonstrated in photos.

Bolt is WRA (Winchester Repeating Arms).

Op-rod and triggerhousing are SA (Springfield Armory).

Metal finish is very good as you will see in photos.

Stock is good with normal dings and no cracks.
