Item Description: M1 Garand bought in Anniston Alabama through The Civilian Marksmanship Program. This was bought as a Service grade rifle and I still have the certificate of authenticity, receipt, and case for it. Comes with 4 en bloc clips and ammo pouch. The receiver is a 1943 Springfield make and it appears to have been rebarreled in the 1950's. It has only been shot a handful of times and functions very well. No visible cartouches on the stock. *I'm asking the same price as a Service Grade M1 Garand as found on CMP's website but without the hassle of driving to one of their 2 locations and having a valid club membership to purchase it. **CASH ONLY PLEASE**

GLWS Glad to see someone actually not trying to make a huge profit off a very well built gun for a change and selling for what many here can buy them for if willing to make the trip to CMP and do a few things necessary for the purchase. Thanks! I am not trying to make a huge profit on this great rifle, it is something that I have been reluctant to offload but there are other things in my life that need attention and the sale of this rifle will help. All in all, I just want to see it go to someone who enjoys collecting old rifles like this because they are fun to shoot and it is very cool to own a piece of history.
