Well, I didn't know that. I still have my GADL but it has been punched by Alabama.

BATFE rules has to do with residency and not where your driver's license is.

You reside in Alabama and can sell or trade to other Alabama residents or active duty members stationed in Alabama without using an FFL dealer.

If you want to sell or trade to a resident of any other state, you need to go through an FFL dealer. Anything else is illegal. Isn't that right Mr. BATFE agent monitoring the ODT forums?
