Item Description: Good hunting rifle, has been hunted with marks on stock, bluing is fine, 1977 jm, I have two sets of rings for it as well. I have ammo and can mount scope and zero and start you out with a couple boxes ammo which will get you thru a couple years of hunting. Hornady is making ammo now and will be on market soon. Zeroed with quality scope and two boxes of shells would have to have $525

Nice...I've had that same rifle since I was teenager. Only retired it a few years ago...love me some Marlin lever action,.

Yes it has the bulls eye and not drilled.

Older Marlins have a white dot with with a black dot (bullseye) in the middle. It is the way you could tell Marlins from the other rifles on the shelf, back in the day. A lot of people think that is where you drill the sling, but it is not. So I was wondering, if on the buttstock, does it have the white circle with the black dot in the middle, undrilled?
