Item Description: FS: I have a 22' travel trailer that has been converted to be used as a stand alone reloading room. It is setup with electricity, lights and A/C. There are 3 overhead florescent lights and under counter task lighting as well. There is no plumbing or water.
There there is a table height and bar height counters, as well as, storage cabinets and shelves. The ceiling has 1/2" of extra foam insulation and the floor has been reinforced with 5/8" OSB subfloor. There have been no leaks but the roof was coated with coolseal as a precaution.
The windows and doors have reinforced for security.
