Item Description: FOR SALE ONLY – Great-shooting VZ2008 (VZ 58). If you've ever had one or shot one of these, you will know how nice they are compared to an AK.

Rifle is customized with CSA Furniture - Poly Upper/Lower Handguards, Adjustable Buttstock and Pistolgrip. The Original “Beaver Barf” Furniture - Upper/Lower Handguards, Buttstock & Pistolgrip is included.

Also includes a Heavy-Duty CSA bolt-down receiver cover with picatinny rail up top - Great for Red Dot or Holo Sight. You can view iron sights with rail on as well. Original receiver cover included.
NOTE - Holosun HS510C Optic is NOT INCLUDED, but is negotiable. It is only pictured to show how an optic sits on the CSA Receiver-Rail.

These VZ2008 rifles from Century Arms are a great deal to get into a military style VZ rifle with a great look. Milled receiver and traditional wood-impregnated stock set give it that original classic style and feel we all like with the VZ rifle series!

Differences between the VZ2008 Sporter and the AK-47

1. The VZ2008 has a milled receiver, the AK47 is stamped.
2. Even with the milled receiver it is almost one pound lighter than a stamped AK47.
3. The bolt of the VZ2008 stays open after the last round in the magazine has been fired.
4. The VZ2008 has a more natural point of aim and is faster handling.
5. The safety is more ergonomic making a faster first shot possible with the VZ2008.
6. The ejection port is HUGE. There is no chance of an empty case getting stuck in the action of the VZ2008.
7. The VZ2008 gas piston can be removed or exchanged without tools.
8. The alloy magazine of the VZ2008 is half the weight of the steel AK47 magazine. (.42 lb. vs. .84 lb.)
9. VZ2008 is easier to field strip.
10. The VZ2008 is striker fired unlike the hammer fired AK47. This reduces the number of parts and possible points of failure.
