Stainless Thompson Custom 1911 (1911TC)
New in box, unfired. Complete with original case, documentation and one 7-round magazine.
This pistol has been discontinued.
This is a good looking 1911 with the 420 stainless steel frame which was machined from a casting and its slide from a stainless steel billet. Features cocking serrations fore and aft. Low-profile sights, both front and rear, are set in dovetails with the rear sight adjustable for windage by loosening a set screw, tapping the sight in either direction, and then re-locking this screw. Both sights are black with the front sight being a post tapered to the front while the back sight is tapered to the rear and serrated to minimize glare.
Inside, it has a full-length guide rod and combat hammer. The magazine well is beveled for speedy reloads, and the magazine release is slightly extended to make engagement more positive. Auto-Ordnance outfits the pistol with a lightweight aluminum trigger that is adjustable for overtravel. It has a Series 80-type firing pin safety. 5” barrel, overall length is 8.5”, and weighs 39 oz.
