If people only knew how well a slicked up lever carries in the field for shooting at normal ranges....they would throw rocks at most everything else.If carried often,there is not much else quicker to the shoulder and the first shot,as yesteryears assault rifle.A man versed with one should feel and is still very well armed.Did I mention how much I like lever actions????

I'm with you on that for sure. Got a nice collection of lever guns. Even took a few off here I just couldn't let go.
