Item Description: Hello, for sale is a NIB 16" PSA 5.56 upper receiver. The upper is new in the box I purchased it and have now decided that I want to go another route. The upper is in perfect with no scratches, dents or etc. The upper uses a 16" 1:7 twist nitride coated barrel with a mid length gas system and uses a free floating 15" m-lok designed rail.
