Comes with threaded barrel, doctor optic cut slide (SW4), suppressor height blacked out sights. One 15 round pmag, and one 32 round ETS Gen 2 mag(shot with once, with about 15 rounds through it). I would guess just under 200 rounds through it. Consolidating and need to get rid of this one. I also used it in an apex chassis and believe that is where the scratch on the top of the slide came from. Pictures:
