Item Name: FS 6x8 Plywood Barge with Water Slide
Location: City of Atlanta
Zip Code: 30318
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 200
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: This is a home built floating platform, perfect for trips on the river or lake. The primary flotation comes from two twin-sized air mattresses, supplemented by a center section of milk-jugs and sprayfoam. Max payload it somewhere over half a ton. Can easily accommodate four adults in lawn chairs, small table, and a cooler full of fun.
Includes 8 foot slide which raises to 4' high or folds down onto the deck. Slide is easily removed if you want a flat deck.
Also included: one pole/paddle, one pole, unfinished spare slide deck, several spare air-mattresses, bolt-on wheels, and promises that you will have a good time and amaze your friends.
FYI: I built this for holiday weekends on the Chattahoochee as a great place to anchor up kayaks, rafts, SUPs, or stand-up paddle boards. I got a good summer and a half out of it, but am now moving to a place where I can't store it. I hate to see it go, but I'm sure you will have plenty of adventures (and funny stories) with this thing too.
