Item Description: Remington 700 Varmint 223. I believe it is an SPS version but I may be mistaken. I do not know the twist. Standard Remington twist I presume. Barrel date code AI. 26” barrel. ADL.

Took it to the range once and it was shooting right at an inch at 100 with 20 year old Winchester power points.

Weaver 2 pc scope bases mounted and torqued to 25 in lbs.

Crack in the trigger guard (plastic) action screw hole. Since I have a scale handy it weighs 8 lbs 10.5 oz as it is pictured.

I also have a Nikon Monarch 3 5-20x44 with flip up caps. BDC reticle and side parallax adjustment. Includes rings for $325.

Half the families in this country can barely round up $500 in cash for a dire emergency right now, much less for a fine,inherently accurate, albeit heavy specialty rifle.
