I could be wrong, but I believe if the receiver is a 10/22 (classified as a rifle) it would be an sbr with less than a 16 inch barrel. Ruger chargers are a different story. It’s a sweet build though.

It's a tacsol receiver. Not a rifle or a pistol. Like buying an AR lower.
