I have edited my post so it does not mention the 10/22 being one of the top 5 guns to own before a ban and it is very hard to find. I will not help or educate those who do not know those facts.

Why do you say that the Ruger 10/22 is "One the top 5 guns to own if gun ban is passed"? Its not even listed on Feinstein gun ban list (Ruger Mini-14 Tactical Rifle M-14/20CF is on it though), it doesn't have a pistol grip, a collapsible stock, and it doesn't come with a mag that holds greater than 10 rounds. If anything its the extra mags that you show in your picture that will get banned.

Good Point. it is a semi automatic rifle with detachable magazine. Stock it comes with a 10 capacity magazine but you can purchase the Hot Lips or the Ruger Bx25's that hold 25. Yes it is a rim fire which is not usually looked at as a ban gun like the marlin which holds 16 shorts but bc of the detachable magazine will move the 10/22 to the ban list
