Rifle is brand new unfired since purchase.
comes with a neat carry case that has storage for the two halves and plenty of room for extra mags and a pistol.
5 total BX-25 mags, four that are new in the package and one that came with the rifle, also comes with an extra stock that is camo which originally came on the rifle and a nos black stock that I purchased separately because I prefer the black, and of course the booklet and the all important lock, lol.
