Is this steel or titanium? Is the finish a coating or impregnated? If it's steel & not coated I'm definitely interested.

The finish is done by Ruger, so I can't answer that question.

It's cerakoted stainless, but this is a great deal. GLWS

Yes, while it's fairly resilient, cerakote can and does wear through. But damn, ain't this thing bad ass !! I thought somebody already scarfed it up, too. This is a sweet deal.
