Item Description: I have a used Smith & Wesson 52-2 mid-range .38 spl wadcutter bullseye pistol for sale. It's been drilled and tapped on both the lower frame and the slide top for mounting optics. It is in the original box and comes with two factory magazines. It has a sweet trigger pull, each mag holds 5 rounds, and it's astoundingly accurate @ 25 yards. Since it's drilled and tapped (comes with filler screws for the lower and a weaver type rail for the slide) I'm marking it $800 with two the two magazines. It has a Bo-Mar target rear sight installed.

I placed the filler screws (same type as used in Marlin lever action rifles, Ruger 10/22 receivers, etc.) in all holes on the lower.
I can't locate the damned Weaver type rail that was modified to fit this pistol on the top of the slide. If I threw it out, it's the first thing gun related I've discarded in over 30 years.

I knew it! I never throw anything away. Even though I knew I'd never mount an optic I did keep the rail. Weaver type, number 50 on the top side. It was mounted using only four screws (there are five holes in the mount). That goop on the slide is probably locktite or something similar.
