Item Description: Want to be up front with this from the start. I do not have any knowledge of these revolvers, I do not know any of the specifics of what they are, or of what they are supposed to be. From a few messages from more knowledgeable members here, it appears that the barrel has been chopped. I purchased it on an impulse, without doing my research. With that said, it is still a pretty cool piece of history.
I picked this up recently because I thought I needed it and it was cool. Turns out, it's just cool. I have done nothing to it other than add a nos lanyard swivel. There are a bunch of markings, and I can't tell you exactly what they mean. The best I can gather is a lend/ lease to Britain. I will try and get the best pics of the markings i can.
