Did you mean that you use Square Up for transactions and if so, have you ever used them for a transaction this large before? My wife used Square Up for a $600 transaction (for an item similar to yours) and they kept her money for 90 days. We're still waiting to get it. She was dubbed "high risk" for some reason. Reading the reviews online, after the fact, we discovered this to be a common complaint for Square.

Never had a issue,
Matter of fact I gottta make sure I can find the card reader.
I have taken from my own credit card to my account to cover a paypal screw up.
