Item Description: Like new Smith & Wesson M&P 40 pistol with thumb safety and a total of four S&W 15 round magazines. Comes with original blue plastic box, manual, and the obligatory spent case from the factory test fire.
This has been sitting in the safe for almost two years and less than 200 rounds have been fired through it. I'm selling it now to help defray the cost of a custom sporting clays shotgun.
I will only sell to someone that can prove their eligibility by showing a current Georgia Weapons License or a valid Georgia Firearms License.
