Item Description: Smith and Wesson Model 681 no dash, 4" barrel, with hogue grips, gun in very good condition, very clean, few light handling marks, faint cylinder line. The model 681 was made on same specs
as the model 686, but has fixed sights and a thinner hammer.

Born in 1982, this is an L Frame stainless gun, .357 and .38 special, 6 round,
the 586 speedloaders fit perfectly. Her first life was apparently with the
Roswell PoPo (dont know if we are speakin GA or NM, but maybe it saw
a UFO or two...) Has engraving behind grips, see pict.

Comes with Bianchi SW 4" holster as seen in pict.

One of the most overlooked models that S&W ever made. The M686 gets all the pub, but the M681 is, in my opinion, the better piece. I just like fixed sight Smiths. GLWS!!!
