This rifle was made in 1933-34 as my best research indicates. It is in pretty good condition considering it’s age. No rust or pitting, bore is in good condition with strong rifling and no pitting. Wood is in very good condition with no cracks or gouging. Has original Lyman #57 peep sight, this was a factory option back in the day. Shoots very well. It is a singe shot and shoots 22 short, long & long rifle. A nice peace of history.

Im not sure if it has been refinished. Maybe it has been rubbed down with a wood oil but it looks natural to me.
