I'm selling my FN SCAR 17 in FDE. It comes EXACTLY as you see it--I took the pictures myself. Yes, it was one of the ones in the serial number range from the recall. It has recently returned from FN for the recall work and was given a clean bill of health. I have documentation to prove this.
FN test fires all of them before shipping. I put one box of 20 rounds through it. Then sent it back to FN for the recall. They likely test fired it again after performing the recall work. It's been sitting in it's factory box ever since.
The American Flag on the side of the upper is a decal. You are welcome to remove it if you want since it is not permanent.
