Item Description: I put this rifle together while out west, and it's just exceeded my needs back in GA, so while I really like it, it rarely leaves the rifle case.
This started as a Cross in 6.5 CM (barrel included). I had a Schnee's/Carbon Six- 20" sendero contour .308 1-10" twist carbon wrapped barrel installed by Liberty Firearms Institute in Johnstown, CO.
I topped it with a Steiner T6xi 3-18×56 34mm scope in Zeiss Precision rings with bubble level and added an mlok harris bipod mount. Also a Sig forend was added for carry comfort, and a cherry bomb brake on the muzzle. Original Sig grip also included as well.
Includes the factory 5 rd mag and magpul 10 rd mag.
The bare rifle gained around 4 oz. with the barrel swap. Total weight as shown with bipod (not included) is 11.0 pounds
Only detractors are a couple of marks on the inside of the mlok rail. Less than 100 rounds through the .308 barrel.
Included is the 6.5 barrel and available to the buyer is a complete 6.5 reloading assortment short primers and powder. Lapua cases, hornady 130gr hpbts and Hornady dies.
