My family recently incurred some unexpected medical bills so I am putting up my Sig P229 in
.40 S&W for sale. This is an excellent pistol with a low round count and it had been babied. She looks brand new. The pistol is highly accurate and does not jam. It feeds any kind of ammo with ease. The P229 is issued to the Secret Service, Air Marshall Service as well as countless other government/law enforcement agencies. I have owned this pistol since it was purchased so the sale will include the original box, documents and the original factory warranty certificate.
In addition to the pistol, box and documents the sale will include the following:
- Leather Bianchi conceal holster
- Leather Bianchi open carry holster
- Hogue rubber grips (plus the stock Sig grips)
- 3 Sig factory 12 round magazines
- 2 Sig factory 12 round "Law Enforcement Only" magazines. As you can see in the picture, these magazines have dimples/finger grooves near bottom of magazine and they are slightly slimmer than a normal mag so they slide in and out of the factory Sig mag belt holders easily. They are also stamped "Law Enforcement Only." These are nearly impossible to find.
- Sig magazine belt holder that will hold 2 magazines
- 2 25 round boxed of Winchester PDX1 HP
- 50 round box of Winchester HP
- 2 50 round boxes of American Eagle FMJ.
This is a great set up. I enjoyed putting it together and have invested over
$1,000.00 in assembling what you see in the picture (probably closer to $1,200.00 if you factor in taxes and shipping). The first $700.00 takes the lot. No trades.
