Item Description: Hard to find, discontinued model of P938 series from SIG Sauer. Little to no sign of use after firing < 200 rds over last 2 years. Includes Hogue Black Rubber Removable Grip and a 6+1 extended magazine with pinky rest from SIG. SigLite rear night sights and TruGlo fiber-optic front sight. Hard shell case and all original contents including paddle holster, manual, cable lock, and original Hogue Black Diamondwood Grips as well. After market holsters in excellent condition, very little use (pictured) are available if interested. Accept cash and certified check and willing to ship for additional fee.

Yes, great first post and good price. Just a tip, if you'd like to sell it much faster, don't require a bill of sale. It's not required in the state of Georgia and the majority of people on ODT won't do one. Not all but most. Good luck and welcome

Well, that's bulls*%t. If we fault someone here for asking a BOS, then can we really complain when Facebook locked down all the gun pages for the risk possibility of selling a firearm to a felon or shady character.

A bill of sale is good protection for anyone whose gun was bought in a retail shop and the seller wants to protect himself. I think if someone won't sign a BOS they shouldn't be buying a gun. Just my humble opinion.

Well, I think its a bad tip that lowers the credibility of our members here, ODT in general, and the respect of online sales. I've signed them before, required a few myself, and had many purchases/sells without. If I knew anyone didn't want it for whatever their reason, I will personally be suspect that they are a felon and are making me conduct an illegal sale.

No disrespect to you Johnny. I'm just on the side of protecting a member who wants to be on the good side of the law. How can I debate with a loud mouth liberal over private sales if I'm a part of a page that promotes 'Not' using a BOS. Like I said, I've done both, more without, but I don't like the fact that 'many people here' would not want to sign it. Maybe we do have a bunch of felons here buying guns if that's the case.
