Item Description: The Pre 27 is the predecessor to the Smith & Wesson Model 27 (.357 Magnum), and was produced after the "Registered" Magnums, on the heavy duty "N-frame". This particular revolver was manufactured in 1954-55, and has a nickel finish and a 3 1/2" barrel. The S & W "Coke bottle" (target) grips bear a 1981 date. Good condition, aesthetically and mechanically. Prefer cash sale.
