Thanks for the interest but this is Sold Pending Meet for Tuesday. Which means if you can meet tomorrow, I'm still going to sell it to the guy Tuesday because I gave my Word to him first. To the newer ODT'ers that's how it works, even if you offer me more, my word trumps greed.
