Contixo F24 GPS 1080p Drone/quadcopter

This would be great to get some aerial photos of hunting spots.


I bought this new and just haven't had the time to learn to fly well.

I've flown it once, and literally stayed below 20' high and within a 50' radius. Within 5 minutes I hit a prop against my house, overcorrected and about hit myself in the face. Yeah, I know, not a very good sale's pitch. But it was 100% my fault, the drone did exactly what it was supposed to do.

I changed the props, bought some more in anticipation of more accidents, and here we are. I'm not naturally coordinated enough for the RC hobby world; but I really wanted to be. RC is freakin' fun!

This Contixo F24 is exactly the same drone as the SJRC F11 and the RUKO F11. Just different branding. Everything (all parts) with these 3 drones are interchangeable. I actually used the SJRC F11 App to operate. To me it had a better interface.

This is NOT the 'pro' version which has a claimed 2.7k camera. This is the 1080p version, and that's the only difference between the two models. Other than that, performance and function is the same.

Everything looks and operates as it should. Really nice drone. And remember, the *SJRC F11 and the *RUKO F11 are the exact drone as the F24. I keep saying that because it makes parts much easier to find if you need to. One of the batteries is black, one is dark gray. The SJRC F11 drone is black, so I bought the extra battery for that. I like the contrast.

It would take a novel for me to explain the capabilities of this drone; so here's a video link for the SJRC F11 1080p. I chose this video because Captain Drone, IMO, is the best drone reviewer.
