Scout Squad without the muzzle brake for sure. If it's factory original, the walnut stock SOCOM-16 is the "Tanker" model, and does not have the scout rail on top. Walnut stock Scout Squad does. SOCOM/Tanker model the brake starts up against the front sight. On this one, the Scout Squad, the brake starts a few inches further down the barrel after the front sight. Sure is pretty.

I got about three guys telling me the same thing. I tried to call you and I left a message for I think the name was Josh. I would drive up to meet you buy Costco stripped the studs off a tire and now I got a bubble on a tire in the back. It’s going to be late Tuesday before I can get it fixed.
