That’s a steal if you can get an osp with an smsc for $599. I suggest you buy one from there. There also something called negotiation maybe try that out...

What you're looking at is an OSP model, yes. What you're missing is the $300 red dot. So adding the two together, and paying tax, you're over the $900 mark. His price is right on par with what this set up costs.
