Not sure...... first time I sell here, usually I just sell them back to a gun shop.... If thats what I need to transfer ownership then I guess so... I prefer to have someone with a permit purchase.

In Georgia, it is perfectly legal and encouraged to sell a firearm to another legal resident of Georgia that is not a convicted felon... If they have a Georgia Concealed Weapons License (GCWL) and a Georgia drivers license at the time of meet then you have fulfilled all the requirements to conduct a firearm transaction between individuals in Georgia... That being said, I have a GWCL and a DL and would like the next shot a buying it if it doesn't work out with guy above.
