Item Description: Selling my sun lite 13bd to go in different direction for my travels. Just did a 6700+ mile road trip and it pulled superbly well. Has full-size bed, dry bath, two burner cook top, a/c is a window unit style and will run off shore power or generator, has roof top solar charger for battery, upgraded to a 200ah lifepo4 battery, single bench seat with storage underneath, two way fridge, ugraded shower head, 12in memory foam plush mattress, upgraded to 2 20lb propane tanks, installed a power jack, has factory installed collapsible ladder bracket, electric awning, outdoor shower, installed a lock box bolted to rear bumper to carry 25ft ext cord for plug in as well as several adapters, put 10ply trailer tires on or ling life and reduced risk of flats, small closet, removed dinette table and one booth due to damage during previous road trip over extremely rough section of 285. Not pretty but put in some boards to support a one sided folding tray table, and the built food/water bowl support for my dog. It is perfect for a single person and dog on road trips, hunting camp, etc. I owe a balance, but if reasonable offer comes close, I will cover remaining balance due. Upon receipt of title, depending on your location I can either fedex it overnight or hand deliver it.
