Item Name: Item Gone: FS Taurus 1911
Location: Stone Mountain
Zip Code: 30011
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 550
Caliber: 45
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: I have a Taurus 1911 chambered in 45 acp that I got in on a trade. It was originally satin stainless steal but I somewhat polished it to a near mirror finish. The sides of the slide are mirror finished. The frame, barrel, barrel bushing and recoil spring guide have been polished as well. I will say it was an amateur job but definitely not too bad. Can definitely be cleaned up. Just know if it was not a Taurus I wouldn’t have attempted polishing it.
I installed a Nighthawk Customs trigger and a set of wooden grips that I would say complement the firearm very well. It will come with a leather iwb holster and 1 magazine. I can throw in some hollow points if paying asking price. The gun sits and I have my eyes on another piece reason for me selling it.
I’m a motivated to sell this firearm and I am asking $650 (no trades) and which I find to be extremely fair. It retails for around $800 new without the $300 Nighthawk trigger but let’s be real, it’s just a Taurus. Not some Kimber or Sig Prodigy.
